8v tend to have a 52mm bolt spacing. 16v tends to have 58mm bolt spacing. Three options. 1. Buy springs. 2. Buy 52mm bolt spaced coilovers. 3. Buy 58mm coilovers, buy 16v hubs. I opted for the latter on mine and it was a damn site cheaper than getting VMAXX. About £200 all in.
