Repair work on the arch and door looks top notch!
How much was it if you dont mind me asking and can you tell that its been repaired and resprayed?
Great read BTW :D
I was quoted 5k trade (Honda Liverpool) for my 05reg LCR with 25k on the clock (mint condition). This was against a 19k S2000 which had lost 10k in 6 months (only had 4k on the clock).
Go for the sony - £299 at JL and richer sounds at the min!
Only sony 32" LCD to have 100Mhz technology was the KDL32D3000 (old range). It as scrapped as it made no difference on a 32" TV (I can confirm this as I own the old 32D3000). The 32D3000 replacement (32W4000) doesnt have 100Mhz...
You're right in what your saying but not all the above models were/are available in 32" (eg Z or X models). I've only been talking about the Sony 32" LCD TV's
There was also no 32" V or W 3000 (or 3500 as the sony shops know it) series in this country
The 32S4000 has only just been...
Yes mate, colour is better defined.
I find my mothers V quite blurry when watching fast moving programmes (sports etc). Saying that though you cant really complain at the price - £370
No the P, S and D are the old range. They might be available in limited numbers but certainly not widely available.
The L, V and W are the new range that was released about 4 - 6 months ago.
The old 32D3000 was actually a technological experiment as it had Motion Flow Plus 100Hz...
The 32D3000 was the top model of the previous range. It was replaced by the 32W4000
The old 32S3000 (mid range model of the previous range) was replaced by the 32V4000
Yes mate its well worth the extra cost!
My mums got the 32V and its a really good TV for £370 but my older 32D3000 wipes the floor with it. I'd say the 32W is slightly better than mine.
If It was me I'd 100% spend the extra and get the W (best 32" on the market IMO).
No should auto detect mate. Mine can take up to 10 mins to pick up a signal sometimes. When the DB info is out of date it just gives you an error message on startup (it should still connect)
According to Awesome GTI these guys are the best in the NW for respay related work etc (not sure about their wheel service though)

This is where I'll be taking my some work which needs to be done (I been to see their workshop and the work they do looks top notch!)
think the dent guys will be able to pop that out without too much trouble (provding the area isnt double skinned). I guess you'll then have to decide whether its worthwhile paying for the entire side of the car to be resprayed...
I bought the 32V4000 for my mother while I own the 32D3000. Although its a fantastic TV (for the money) I'd be tempted to pay the extra and go for the 32W4000 (much better TV).
Bugger, I had a dent removed from my door but the dent was quite deep so I've been left with a fair bit of panel warp (where the skin was stretched). Will a body shop be able to remove this (without changing the door skin). If they fill it will the filler sink?
The warp can only been seen...
Hey,
Quick question:
If I put £10 on my Orange PAYG sim do I have use it by a certain date (eg 30 days from purchase) before I have to top it up again?
Thank you please...
