do what i did, cut the rubber out of the metal bracket, goto halfrauds, buy a normal exhaust rubber thing (round one with about 4 holes in it) squeeze it into the metal bracket, secure it their with some cable ties( with the remaiing 3 holes) , and it ends up costing you less that a fiver, mine...

the connectors are in ok, everything works on the rear clusters, brake lights reverse lights, fog lights, lights, but when you do this strange reverse thing. still its much better than having the rear wiper going, that was a joke.
