if you take the plastic washers off the seat i presume you mean the big ones at the bottom of the rails, it will rub the carpet, unles you just remove the slide rails and bolt the seats directly onto the floor. would be a bit stupid though
yeah but can you change the backing paper ? as i took my clock/tep one out to cleen it and its just a bit of orange card/plasticy paper thing in front of the bulbs
well it was quite quick really, as long as you get a small soldering iron tip fo the led's it easy. took about 1hr max, i think, cos i started to unscrew the dash one night, then realised i couldn't open the other door enough cos i was in the garage, and it was raining so had to wait to morning...
Finally fitted my blue LED's in my instument pannel, was kind of easy :) forgot to chane the alarm led to blue, so will take apart again and change that. any one know if i get some blue card, and put that behing the clock instead of the orange one if that will be blue ? sorry for the big pics...

had another drive, got a bit of knocking from the exhaust, so just need to align the back box better tomorrow. as the old cat was slight different direction. but it sounds much quieter that before, so the manifold-cat connection must have been too loose before and making the blue flame noisier.
What a day, started at like 11am, and didn't finish till 2:15 !!! my back n shoulders are full of scrapes from sliding back and forth under car, i need one of them trolleys with wheels.
noticed that my manifold - cat joint was quite loose, so that was probably making my blueflame exhaust noisy...
you can do it without removing the bumper, just loosen the bumper bolt behind the wheel arch lining which you have to remove first. -
take wheel off
remove all the wheel arch lining.
open bonnet and unscrew bolts
loosen the bolt that holds the bumper on, then undo the bolt that holds wing on...
