a few companies sell you the idea of a 16bhp power increase.. but it could be across the rev range... so they're not lying, or are they....
I dont think you'll hear much difference in noise between different brands of panel airfilters TBH, especially with a magnex exhaust.
If you're after noise, get an induction kit..
