Have you tried removing the oil filler cap when the engine is hot, I had the same problem with removing (or trying to as the case be) my rad cover. once the engine got hot it came of easy. If not maybe put a cloth round of then a pair of adjustable grips.

Sorted it out now thanks guys, just disconnected everything recrimped all the wires and put them all back must have been a loose wire but it was so weird you could shake the wires about and it'd still play but the soon as you start moving the bass would cut completely. oh well all sorted now...

I've got a mk1 Clio and I do a lot of driving on poorly lit roads, I was wondering what bulbs will upgrade my overall vision whilst being road legal, i dont care for all that blue tint crap but I wouldn't mind seeing the road in front of me.
