im fairly sure most mk2 models are like that yes. there are a few other things as well. you will notice the map reading light and bonet release are also on the 'wrong' side. the wipers go the wrong way also.
at the end of the day, it was probably just a cost saving measure. why make two sets...
yeh, you have to use the blip key. i think the only way you can lock the drivers door without using the remote is to close the door, go round the the passenger door, use the button on the dash then lock the passenger door manually. thats a lot of hastle just so you dont have to use the remote.
you dont. being cheap, renault never switched the manual lock to the correct side for the uk market. if you do ever have to unlock manually, just unlock the passenger door, and use the unlock button on the dash.
i think i know why it has happend.
i had one recording from 20:00 - 21:00 (with a 5 min runover)
then two recordings from 21:00 onwards
so, due to it only having two tuners, it has to cut two recordings short to get both programs.
i was told that a pentium d (dual core) is basically two pentium 4 processors strapped together. where as a core 2 has been designed form the ground up, and is more advanced that just sticking two processors together.
that could be crap though, i have never confirmed it.
i dug around the humax website, and the only symbol i could find in the manual that looked like it, suggested that it means there has been an error during recording. the manual is black and white though, so i dont know if that is definitely what it means.
a 7900GT will do the job nicely. i just sold one for £45 (just to give you an idea on price). you could get a bit more performance out of it by overclocking as well.
*edit* - whats you full system spec?
hey.
currently got a Gigabyte nVidia 7900GT gfx card on ebay, and have someone asking if i would consider a buy it now option (im currently just auctioning). how much do you thinks its worth. its the 256mb version.
infact, this is it here...
im selling my pc as i have no use for it (i have a laptop) and its taking up space.
its a p4 3GHz, 1Gig of RAM, 120GB hard drive and a nVidia 7900GT (i upgraded to this). now, i also have a Radeon X800 GTO in a drawer. would i be best to swap the 7900 for the x800, and sell the 7900...
