i paid insurance in one go, and now i pay approx: £350 - 400 a month petrol £200 paying it back between £50 and £200 on stuff / toys / cool bits etc etc dunno on tax? if i were paying insurance a month that'd be approx £150 a month thats em...quite alot...:eek:

Re: ph1 project take 2 not sure about door handles yet! and i had the others on for a bit but like to chop and change, so no doubt itl see the others on at somepoint lol whiskerz - just like the standard look! looks more raw nd aweosme :rasp: ties in with the splitter and carbon badge aswell!

i think itd look pretty cool. i had thaught about putting them on my 172 wheels at one point. heres a few pics of them the stretch: how low it sat at the front then on 15s with the custom springs at the back. 50 + 45 profile tyres though :(

lol! low ftw ;) you thaught about rubber band tyres? i had 165x40s on my 16" porkers. made it sit lower at the front too! and i think theyd look mint on the 172 wheels! :rasp:

aye would be close on the 16s! did you have to put spacers on the front? my 172 wheels hit the coilovers on the front. thats why i ended up on 15s as they were in the shed! mine were would all the way down too! good man ;) had considerd taking out the helper springs to go lower though :P

ride didnt overly bother me tbh! supose it coulda been worse ha if you were driving down the motorway or something and you hit a dip in the road the wheels would sometimes rub on the inside of the rear arches! lol i was on 15s too. how far down are you at the front?

i had custom 90mm springs off a guy on here. was lowww :rasp:

My mates selling adaptors to run vw wheels in the f/s section! Altho i dunno if 14s would be a bit small? Cant really get small tyres for them.

When was it last serviced? Oil change etc? My old 1.2 was doing approx 200 to a full tank. And then gave it quite a big service just changing fluids and stuff and it was alot better. I may be talking balls and it was infact a mind thing though lol! My 172 gets about 250 miles to a tank but i sit...
