he wants a diesel :S
jamie, i've gone with the carbon mirrors for mine, but having seen the streamline demo cup i'm not sure about them against the blue. however the smaller detailing like mirror blanks and fog surrounds would be smart.
standard labour rates? £82 for a diagnostics test which takes a max of 10mins to run is a prime example of why nobody uses renault / renault minute as they're a bunch of robbing b******s.
tbh i think you'll get a letter back apologising for your inconvenience, nothing more.
easiest option is to ring the finance company and ask for the settlement figure. then pop down to vauxhall and get an actual PX value for your car.
easiest way to work out approximately how much you will be in/out of pocket.
+1
i'd stick with the clio till its paid off and then swap it as i personally think you'll still be stung quite heavily for swapping over with outstanding finance.
check under the passenger wingmirror to see if the sensor is actually present, as the wing mirror may have been knocked off and the sensor never replaced. other than that, you could remove the casing from inside the door, and check the wiring loom to ensure everything is connected/tight...
if you have the standard aerial on the roof, you should be getting good reception. it sounds silly, have you checked it is actually screwed in tight as mine has a habit of working loose and giving me f all reception.
otherwise could check the connection into the back of the headunit?
its got a rubberised coating, so needs alot of prep to remove it. if you can find a good set from a scrappy that is it easiest option. otherwise you can scrape / sand all the rubberised coating off and then paint them.
new from renault your looking at circa £80 for the pair.
