ok mate cheers. i have cleaned the idle control valve out and i will try another throttle positioning sensor. if that fails i will try a new coolent temp sensor and then a lamba. any more ideas or do you think thay this is it?
Paul
i will clean my filter tomorow but it was cleaned about 4k ago but it wont hurt to do it again. i will check my dizzy. is there any way you can test the lamba sensor? as they are not that cheap! also been advised that it could be the coolent temp sensor yes/no?

when i start my car from cold it idles fine and when it starts to warm up and the idle drops to normal postion it starts pulsing for abou 10 seconds and the corrects itself by reving to about 1500 rpm. does anyone know what this could be as i have cleaned the idle control valve out really well...
r - tec sell them for about £50. i have got some on mine and there a bast*rd to fit cause the base plates are crap. took me about 2 hours to trim them up till they were right.
Paul
alright mate to get them fully refurbed including the rim dimond cut you are looking around the £200 mark. i am gettinmg my spare set done in the next few months. i live in bedford and i am taking mine to pristine wheels in Woburn Sands near Milton Keynes they are really good there.

if it is covered in oil completly it is proberly that your rocker cover gasket has gone. its a common thing on the clio and mine has gone again for the second time!!
Paul
alright mate i would put a bit of copper grease on the bolts and the hub and if you have had them all blnced and everything it wouldnt hurt to get the tracking done so you will then know everything is lined up and pukka.
