Thats the best way mate. This way you have time to get some bits done properly and attack other parts while stuff is removed.

The wheel spacer will let off. Just use a small flat screwdriver and gently keep tapping it off. It will release itself. As for the wheel bolt bore, I've never seen that before. Got any pics? Seems strange it won't torque up. That normally happens with a weak bolt so I'd look I to getting new...

Love it from the front and sides. Even The roof bars look look and not only practical, but add those wonderful a scene points! The rear looks a bit odd though. Maybe a spoiler added would finish it? Would a r26r spoiler fit?
