Hi all.. Cars not been running to great lately, random missfiring and problens starting so i took the inlet off earlier to check the plugs etc, only to find that part of the breather has actually cracked/broken. I dont know the exact name of the part but heres some pictures! (Ignore the paint...

Too small and arch gap is too big. I'd put the steelies back on till you lower it tbh.

Theres alot of induction noise from mine, ive not heard the exhaust + decat without the IK fitted. That video sounds a bit tinny (?) For my liking though!

Lol, around 5 is the meg, 7-9 is the wins but it sounds the same :o I like the noise of the meg tbh, its different. Need to try and get some when its not so windy but on that straight road its open both sides so there will always be some wind!

Yeah it is, hes planning a decat sometime i think, its just the fitting side of it thats putting him off. I drove the 200 and megane. Megane felt very odd coming from a 172. Never driven a turbo before!

I know about drilled but whats wrong with the grooved ones? Or the dimpled ones? Do they all crack like thw drilled?

Yeah theres a flatspot there.. hes getting it mapped to get rid of it. Think hes planning the Y pipe before the map though!

Went for a wee drive with 2 of my mates today, got some drivebys of the 3 so thought i'd stick them up :) My 172 has a ktec styled induction set up with a stainless steel exhaust minus the center silencer, with a decat. The 200 has a ktec system with a decat And the meg has a catback system...

It really does look like VD instead of VO tbh..

I went and got my belts etc done in ness motors in Inverness.. no complaints from me. At 700 quid it was more expensive than SWR though!
