Take the rear disc off (remember to take not on which way the washer behind the disc goes)
Remove the 4 rusted bolts out. May need a grinder as they'll more than likely be seized and they are torx style bolts.
Once removed the hub will be loose so you can fit the new spacers amd replace with...
You will need these if your going to do the rear hub spacers with camber like in your screenshot.

They can only go one way. The top of the spring should be snug in the top shock plate so narrow towards the top.
As long as the spring fits perfectly in the grooves you'll be fine. If it's out of the cup slightly, you'll have a boingy noise when turning as it's not correctly fitted.
Still has climate control so I bet that it's a FF but with wheels done silver and poverty spec spoiler.
I'm with @imprezaworks in that I thought RB only came in FF and cups on the 182, not normal/non FF.
It's down to personally preference buddy. Some like it harder than others. I would just have a play about until you find the right damping setting that suits you.
