fast hosts are good. never ever use streamline. they do actually use fasthosts servers, but they stick about 1000000000000 sql databases on one server and it causes no end of problems.

premiere elements is a good one. iv always used that. or the pro version if you know what your doing, but a lot more complicated to use

alright mate. i had a good look and all sounds good. i found a pc too, but its a bit s**t spec so i dunno if to try it on it or bother getting something a bit better. we just have a bog standard answerphone at the mo. i will report back once i try it tho! :)

right click the file that is associating with VLC player and change the default program type. You might have to do it with each type of vid file. Or if you want media player to be default then you go into Media player and choose options->file types and choose what u want associating.

ull need to export the sql using phpmyadmin and import it into your new database with your new host. that and also download and upload all the files on your webspace. you will need to modify the config file too with details of your new database!

i use firefox, avast AV and ZA firewall and have zero pop ups, virus's, trojans or anything.
