yes, you have to take the bumper off to get the bottom bolt out, you can get away with just undoing half of the bumper and letting it hang down, but you could well end up cracking your bumper if you flex it too much

yeah but do you have to change the discs or will they be ok as this has only just started to happen, they have a slight lip on them, The noise hapens when you steer out o corners mostly, and when you break when moving slowly

my mate has a typr r and it drinks fuel, they go about the same in a straight line, if your after a 182 cup I have one for sale inferno ;)
