Hi all,
Just a general question really as to what options of seats effectively 'bolt-in & go' for the 182?
As many will have had and seen, mine are getting worse for wear after all these years. I loved the wrap around feel of the Recaros that came with the Evo VI, but I don't know how easy...
Definitely get Overcooked 2 if you can over the original as it's a fairly big step-up in polish and appearance. Even with two players in co-op, we struggle - I bet it's a right laugh with three or four on-screen at once though!
As for Civ VI - the Platinum Edition is on cdkeys for under £25...
I have to recommend Warframe - purely due to the hours that I've put in!
Civilization VI is great. Stellaris too, if you like the RTS/strategy type games.
Streets of Rage 4 or Overcooked 2 if you have the local co-op opportunity?
Really am sceptical about DX12. I had big hopes for it and certainly on paper, it sounds like a step-up from DX11.
Yet time and again, its s**t to the point of breaking things. Total War - Warhammer II I can't launch in DX12. It simply refuses to start. Civ VI has weird jerking of the graphics...
Prior to you obtaining the car, was there any evidence of cam work being done - perhaps new valves as well?
It could be that you're just seeing the legacy of mechanical changes being done that after your initial fixes, are now just to be expected? Mine is definitely more lumpy from cold with...
Been running with a H115i myself for a good number of years. Does the job well enough and I've never really had any heating issues. Ironically, I do however fit everything inside an NZXT case - though the H115i rad JUST fitted in at the top of the case. Literally push and screw in at the same time.
Had Friday booked off and got several jobs done, including the MOT and finally blasting out the s**t and dust using the air compressor whilst I was at the garage 😉
To say it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the dust build up wasn’t as bad as I thought. That said, the GPU rad did have loads of...
Yeah - as @Cookie says, it's different from War Thunder - perhaps the only crossover being that aircraft exist in both titles.
If you're familiar with the old classics like Battle Stations Pacific and Midway, you're much more on the ball with it. I will actually add a negative here about the...
Yeah - even in benchtests, there's little to distinguish PCI 2.0 x16 and 3.0 x16.
It's actually one of the few areas of PC architecture that rarely gets saturated to a point that negative performance on-screen is visible.
Sounds like you've done a great job trying to rectify the problem already.
Probably worth a new fuel pump as per @Yorkshire Pudding above - at least it would negate it being an issue should the car still run poorly for a while afterwards?
I'd assume that once you've got the car fired up...
Welcome aboard @Mark68! Nice to see that despite the age of these cars, they still hold people's attention. :)
I'm think I'm in that select group on here that have had a 1*2 for a long time. Mine started to feel tired towards the end of last year and needed work doing to it. I pulled the...
Good pics! Nice to see that it’s working out well for you!
I bought the user guide that goes with it too - very well put together as it has chapters written by different photographers and graphical artists.
I've got the Titan and it's been an absolute god-send during lockdown - having had to work from home and sat at the PC for most of the day.
For the record, I'm 6'1" and the seat base is a lot flatter than on the Omega, which has higher bolsters. Apparently the Titan seat base is for gamers who...
Getting your dream is always worth it and I love Porsches.
That said - 996 headlights are like casting a vision over a lingerie-clad supermodel - only to then notice she's finished the look with a pair of Crocs. They literally make the front end the part that you don't want to look at...
Anyone use gameboards at all?
I've used a Logitech G13 for years in conjunction with a variety of mice. Not used the WASD layout on a standard keyboard for probably near a decade now and have wondered if the Razer alternatives are any good?
They are definitely niche peripherals - but once you...
Must admit, when I bought the set of official Ralliart flaps for the VI, I was far too giddy for just four slabs of plastic.
When fitted and I looked at the rear, it just looked right. ☺
Is that definitely your gearbox? The sharp clunk and loss of all drive is exactly what happened when my driveshaft let go. Plus the crunchy grind when trying to engage any gear.
Granted, it did damage part of the gearbox in the same process, but you might have been lucky?
Yes @andy_con - I've only ever paid for it once. About two years ago I think now?
No doubt they might do a total, full-blown revamp - but I've had plenty of updated versions where the update has been 'free' - without having to pay any more.
They do a free trial anyway before you buy, so that...
Affinity Photo is worth a look. Regularly has a sale price offer too - pretty sure I only paid about £39 for my licence?

Probably doing little else other than scaremongering.
Hoping that vast swathes of parents out there are switching to the Sony camp for Christmas because they are worried that their brood will be playing with something that could scald them. Or worse, EXPLODE due to the heat.... 🤣
You'll probably be one of the first people I know to actually utilise the size of the memory that comes on the 3090.
I can't see many games stretching its legs for a long time yet. From my own findings, even triple-A games are only around 6GB utilisation, currently.
