Sorry ken182 i meant 5w40, I was told not to change the oil to often it dont need it and the brakes binding is due to keep jet washing etc and not using the rear brakes enough.
Mines the same reg as yours Ken182, ive also fitted a pipercross panel filter and silvervisions plus changed the wheel centres to black, get the rs ones if you can:approve:. Cars done 7k and ive changed the oil twice using motel xcess 15w 40 and renault filter it stays clean and runs quieter...

Whilst searching for a rear diffuser for a 200 come across this little baby, im told it looks good in BG. Mark you may need to make some holes for the exhaust etc :approve: didn't bother with the link sorry.
Hi you can get spc3 w 87 from kwick fit or ebay, put two new ones on the front when they wear to 6mm put them on the back and put two more new ones on the front. Make sure they are w rated and dont get 5s. :race:
where abouts do you live in essex Bradtake? might be able to point you in the right direction, you can get any bearing you want from colchester bearings, best to get someone to have a look make sure thats what it is.
I agree with this Suzanne and i looked at one today, 15k with employee discount £500 for black paint and a free style pack, which is red calipers, anthracite rims and st door seals, even the recaros dont look like proper recaros, plenty of buzzy toys on the dash she would never use, no folding...
Mark am i reading this wrong you have you snapped off the lugs from your nuts (40mm short ones) and are gluing with tiger seal then fitting bolts with some blank washers and 5mm spacers :approve: nice pics keep them coming.
