Yep there 2 realy H5 and H7 (IE top and bottom spec) cars which don't have fogs auto lights etc have bottom spec ones. You can replace a car which needs a low spec one with a high spec one.

You need to check the hub bolts spacing but it probably will. If its the different hub spacing you've got to either use some camber bolts, change the hubs or drill the holes to fit.
