phew ! right ok, its just the bearings that aint in then. They were totally shatterd when i took the mounts off.

? you put the old metal plates on the coilovers?? the one next to the rubber boots?

i have the coilovers on the car

the rears are fine, just the fronts that are a prob..

there is nothing to tell you what order to put it together, i left the bearings out,......
