Well. I can confirm that there is indeed a difference. Tried fitting my new exhaust and turns out I was sold one for a phase 1 ! It's too long lol welder to the rescue!!

That's from a 200 miles per week work commute. 5 miles town driving 15 motorway to work and same back. So I am at least expecting closer to 35mpg. It's a pain when the on board computer says 38mpg and pump says 30 - 32.9mpg

Whats wrong? Drinking fuel still. 32.9MPG best so far and that's driving like an old man with cataracts (could be timings) Front Bumper cracked. Bonnet paint needs respray after burning through it with rotary.

If i was you i would return the money and state you want what it will cost you to buy a replacement. It isnt your fault the prat they insured drove into you

Did they offer a value far below what a replacement 182 cup would be? Why wont they repair it? whats the repair bill?

+1 I bought a second hand Tuner and will be getting the map and unlock code next week after pay day ;) Its so cheap! for less than £100 you get the map :D (after you sold the tuner on)

I'm currently looking at various 15" alloys and some 195/55/15R tyres. just don't want to spend too much and trying to get some decent alloys is harder than I thought. budget is around 250 for alloys and tyres!

Would it be an idea to Polish before applying Lacq? that way its the smooth finish?

I have the paint and some lacquer. I think i will try applying some paint, Sanding it with some 3k then apply some lacquer and sand again. Hopefully it will look ok :P if not Rattle can the area and then polish it to hell and back! (gently)

Did 344 miles before I filled uo with 48.37L which is approx 32.9mpg Much better than with old pre cat lambda. Max I got was 270 miles to a tank. Still a bit below what I want though. Will get timings checked I think.

Could become noisy within a couple k miles... I would rather know it's been done and isn't the original!

Cool. Do you know of the better branded sealant to do the job? Pref if halfords sell it as they are a 2 min drive from me. All the mounts and gasket are on the way and should be here start of next week :)
