I changed regularly. Sometimes I had it on full soft, then 10, 7, 25, 30, etc. Just whatever I fancied on the day. The good thing is you can adjust them easily due to the access. All are at the top so just pull over and twist! I found that a really nice touch for the fronts and the rears...
After my comment on the b14's, it got me thinking. The BC's which I had before (which were awesome because of the way they raised/lowered with losing the rebound, adjusters on top, front and transfer damping, projected, etc) I was thinking of getting again. However they are £700ish.
I keep...
I agree. Plus they'll be a readout on screen/paperwork to show the difference, and is set on dead level ramps.
Does it really need adjusting "that" often to warrant a DIY alignment kit
I think I'm going to use this car a s a bit of inspiration for my next one!
Without the dodgy driving antics that's happened recently! Looking at arctic 182's and then having PR1.2's and buckets.....
Dan, I'm telling you that is identical to my old one barring the material! The price is even cheaper than my old oem too! DO NOT BUY IT! If you do, then me and you aren't friends anymore!
I'll leave this here to convince you again not to buy it:
Dan, how long and how many do you need the studding? I've got some high tensile 10.9 grade m10x1.5 pitch studding at work which I could but down and send you? Comes in black too and is strong.
Ph1 suffer from rust a bit more than ph2, although money had zero rust which is rare!
It's probably be a cheap 182 that I don't mind taking apart. Not a high mileage one though as I can't do it! Lol
Yeah, or a coating. My BC's were coated and when dirty then just washed/cleaned up sweet due to everything being protected/powder coated. I know your rears are, so the fronts should have been too IMO.
Spring was definitely fine and not slightly cracked? Could have snapped once refitted and driven? Sounds far fetched a bit, but it could happen. May explain the dropness.
Other than that I'm stumped. Once you taken it apart and fitted it all back up, keep us posted.
