It is a full cage yes, purchased from Mark fish motorsports in the group buy here. It has made the car so stiff, I can lift the car just rocking the cage. I haven't driven it since installing as no seat yet!

Not been much in the way of updates for this. The cage is fitted and finished (just need to under seal where its been welded). I am making some mounts for the seat as its quite wide it hits the cage so I need to move it closer to the handbrake. Suspension is here, in the end i went with BC...

loving my mate 20 pro, the camera is amazing. My wife is a photographer but never really takes her camera out when not working so I end up taking all the snaps on my phone!

I would totally agree with this. Me and my mate have both just purchased fiesta Zetec S 120's 2009 1.6 engines. He has put an exhaust system on and induction kit and had it remapped. It made a nice 118 standard and 138 when remapped. mine is still standard and I havnt had it rolling roaded...

yeah im in mod prod, I doubt the spoiler does anything for the car? so best to remove and put small plates over the holes? thus saving a few kg?

I have removed circa 60kg from mine the last couple of weeks, that is fully stripping though etc

a little off topic, but not massively! I was thinking of removing the rear spoiler to save weight, its fine within my regulations. does it actually do anything? and what will be underneath it if i get it off? massive holes to full and spray etc? It might look a little odd, and no idea what...

Not sure where to post this really but this seemed the best place. My friend has borrowed me her go pro hero 4 and I am on the track tomorrow having driver tuition. I have never used a go pro and am unsure what settings will be best, I will have to windscreen mount it as my cage isnt in yet...

Graham, or any other person who knows! I am not sure but for modified production can I fit top mounts to my suspension to allow me to change the toe and camber? Im not 100% sure reading the book, does it still count as the same type of suspension? surely it does.

is there any reason to not get rid of the dash all together and just keep the clocks? or cant that be done? havnt started stripping mine yet so not 100% sure.
