Played this for a bit recently, didn't really think it was anything special. The crash screen logos are a pain in the ass and the fact that there are only two camera views is just bizarre. I only did a few of the races though, spent most of the time being a hooligan and smashing through...

Don't really fire up many classics these days apart from Mario 64 and Smash Tennis on the SNES. Still absolutely love Motocross Madness 2 on the PC though.

Haven't played the game so can't help you on that front, but the Magic Mouse is absolute cack for gaming as you can't use the left and right clicks simultaneously.
Hmm, that does sound odd. Had a quick look on the Traktor forums and found a big thread on this, seems it's a common problem. Doesn't seem to be a definitive answer though. :(
What soundcard are you using mate? If you're using the onboard soundcard and just doing A-B mixing then you could have just raised the latency time in Traktor's settings to get rid of the audio dropouts, rather than wiping your whole computer...
