yeah, when my dad bought his 172, he thought he had a bad water leak on the 2nd day but it was the washer bottle.
Renault replaced it on the warranty. Free of charge.
My one in my 16v has before, sometimes and i think my Mums 172 does as well.
Mine went down to -23 in the snow the other week, that cant be right can it???

Try pressing the clutch to the floor then releasing it fast a few times. Otherwise go see a decent mechanic you trust and he should help you out but a doubt you need a new clutch....
I dont trust garage chains. Dont really think thay give a sh*t about peoples cars, I was working near a tyre bay place the other day, you should see how they cane peoples motors about! I think id end up punching someone.
Nothing wrong with your clutch probably mate.
More likely to need adjusting, usually on a ratchet system on most cars but dont quote me on a 16v. I havent messed with mine coz to be honest im quite scared of bolloxing it up!

I Cant belive how much or a ba$tard the oil filter was to get at.
The filter that come off was slightly smaller in length that the one i had to put back on.

We do three tints, Red, Blue, Green.
For example, if you put the red tint over black base, It flips green, red, blue then gold!

We have just started to stock a new product called SFX paint. Basically its a basecoat, effect coat, and laqcuer system, easy to use.
Just base the whole car up in any choice of solid basecoat, apply the effect coat over the base, then lacquer.
Colours flip at different angles...
Not as bad as it looks on the list, but thats easy to say when its not my car.
New disks and pads, unsieze the load sensing valve, fuel filter, new battery (or top it up and charge it) new exhaust and a part worn tyre.
Dont know about the exhaust but the rest should cost you about £150 at a...
