I wouldn't get much for them so might as well keep them. I've got pleanty of rechargeable batteries for them and I keep a spare camera in my car and another in hubby's car and a smallish one in my bag or pocket when I go out. Occasionally I'll lend a friend a camera so it's not reallyworth...
Sorry guys, another question...
I want to buy some new spare rechargeable camera batteries and wonder what is the difference between these and do some last longer than others? Thanks. :)

Thanks for this topic... I've only just noticed it and I'm often asking photography questions!
What I would like to know is HOW DO YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF A RACING CAR OR MOTORBIKE? I often take pics but I usually keep my camera on Auto but I don't know why (probably because I'm no good at it) so...
18x zoom!!
The Olympus SP-550 UZ (Ultra Zoom) is a point-and-shoot digital camera featuring 7.1 million effective pixels with 18x optical zoom (35mm equiv: 28-504mm) with Dual Image Stabilization, and a 2,5″ High-Resolution LCD screen. The camera is measuring in at 4.6” W x 3.1” H x...
I don't want a camera that will constantly need batteries changing or one that uses too much power.
I might look at the Fuji S9600 as I don't want to spend more than £300 'ish (I've got far too many cameras about the house and spent more than I should have!) and as I have the S5500 I am...
I don't know if I do want more than 6MP but I thought I might get better pics with more but I am hoping to pick up advice from the good photographers on here. During the race season I take a lot of bike and car racing pics and I write up some race reports and get the occasional pictures in a...
Have you read it wrongly or did I word my question wrongly? I wondered if there are sites other than YouTube to show them (maybe download was the wrong word):o I know I should use it more... just like my car! ;)
It will take a lot of 58 secs video clips and I have an extra memory card 512MB but I wondered if there is a setting that would allow me to take longer videos than 58 secs each.... which leads me to another question.. as well as taking better quality pictures, would a 9million pixel camera take...
I bought it new and I do have a manual but thought you guys would tell me quicker than looking through the manual for it! I wouldn't like to buy a camera 2nd hand in case it had been dropped... especially off ebay!:nono:
Further to the above, I want to get a new digital camera with more than 6 million pixels and a good magnification. The black camera above has 10 x zoom and I wondered if a 12 x zoom with over 6 million pixels would be better than another 10 x zoom but with more pixels than the above two cameras...
I have two digital cameras, one is a black chunky Fujifinepix S5500 and the other is a small silver Fujifinepix E500 and I only discovered this week that I can take short videos of about 58 seconds.
Can someone please help? I have only done it with the smaller camera and presume the bigger...
There must be millions of Clios on the road and I bet some of those people are exaggerating... just to hopefully get on the programme! How many members are there on here and what % have had it happen to them?
Maybe some of these drivers put the bonnet down too gently and it doesn't click in properly!
I bet Renault dealers dread this programme and are hoping they don't have to correct the cars' catches!
Watchdog reckon they have had over 1,000 complaints about bonnets flying up!
The previous time it was shown on Watchdog I asked my local garage if they have ever had any and they said they hadn't but they apparently always grease bonnet, boot and door catches on all of the cars they work on.
Haha I could understand you using all that expensive stuff if you had a nice Beemer,
Merc, Maserati, Porsche or whatever but surely Turtle Wax is fine on a Clio!! ;)
A yellow car isn't the best to show reflections in photos... blue or black is better and anyway, it all depends on the time of day, position of the sun etc etc as to how good a reflected photo you get so don't judge Cusco Kid's polish by a photo of a yellow car! I have cleaned my car with it and...
It's a 5 hour job  (less than 30 mins for a Saxo)

The actual belt and pulley for my 172 was £134 in total, bought from the Renault dealer by my local garage.
I got my cambelt done cheaply as my friend owns the garage but a Renault dealer would possibly charge you for 5.2 hours of labour so you can work out roughly what it should cost!
This...
I had an 'ordinary' mechanic do mine and there is no problem as it's nothing out of the ordinary and they do them as part of their job! The only thing is that it takes about 1.5 hours of dismantling before they can see the thing and a headlight and bumper has to come off just to reach a single...
Sorry about the multi posts!!!
IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS TODAY WITH THE WEBSITE?
It keeps timing out on me and appears not to be working then when I refresh, it must have reposted and is not evident until I can finally get back on the site!
Not making it out to be a new feature at all... just joining in with the saddos who compare the hours they spend washing/drying/clay barring/polish on/polish off/buffing with the electric thingy/checking beading of rain etc etc ;)I spent about 30 mins and have a very smooth, shiny car! ;)...
