Yes I do have PC experience. I hazard a guess that I have more IT knowledge than you will ever have. 14 years (and counting) as a Network Administrator / Assistant IT Manager and an MCSE. Is that enough experience for you?

If I upgrade to HD and want to use the old sky + box for mulitroom, will I have to pay £10 extra for the HD and another £10 extra for the mulitroom?
The sky website won't let me change my package on-line for some reason.
Try stopping things like all the exchange services, any backup software services and the server service then try restarting before pulling the wire out!
