I got replacement for mine from Rsport Ltd after being bumped up the rear. as said the rear quarters are wider and the fact you would need the diffuser as well.
Oh and mine was £150 delivered it was in white from a cliocup racer.
Been running Vista ultimate for about 2 months now on my new rig, I really like. Boots up very quick had no real problems with it at all.

You will need an auto-electrician to rewire the stereo, the normal headunit and the mp3 HU have standard ISO plugs. The 6 cd doesn't have these behind the unit.... the connector are under the seat!
Someone on renaultsport had it done and cost about 80-90 quid to have the connections rewired...
Doesn't seem like a professional installation. They normally have the filler cap located on the same side as the normal filler.
Just spotted its on the bottom of the rear bumper :quiet: just hope no one rearend's it LOL.
Forget the cable it won't fit in :( the face plate is larger the standard size and such will not sit flush or lock in etc on Clio II (If you put a new stereo in Clio III you need a fascia plate to cover the gap left from the standard stereo)
thankgod for that if you had the 6cd its a right pig to change. Haven't got any suggestions for a new HU but you can buy a lead to retain the steering control and dash display.
