These types of arguments can go on forever, I can see it from both sides though. I guess it just depends how you justify your comparisons when it comes to motoring.

Thanks for the info :) My best friend is an experienced photographer so he's been really helpful with my photography, only problem is he's a Nikon fanboy and knows nothing about Canon's at all lol.
I'm not a complete novice, I just don't know much about cameras. I use the one I've got regularly because I enjoy taking pictures, I don't use any auto settings and have a tripod. I just require a better camera body. Thanks for the tips though.
Cheers dude... I'm not after anything in particular, just a good all-rounder. I ride BMX so I'll most likely take it with me when I go riding, especially as my mates are really good lol. I do like landscape photography though and would like to have a crack at HDR.
Yeah I've had a decent offer so I've accepted it... I'm going to use the Jimny until I've built up my finances then I'll buy a cheap track car, an MX-5 is top of the list.
