    Battlefield 1

Lol - yeah. Not the most realistic of outcomes! :)

    Clio V6 rep

Yeah - I was thinking the same. It's too subtle - they need it to stand out more.

    Battlefield 1

I can find myself falling into the tank/anti-tank role with this. Such a role, or that of the engineer, has always been my favourite. They tend to be the more ignored classes within BF and as such, can make a real difference to your team when the opposition uses lots of vehicles. Nothing is...

    Clio V6 rep

Why the insults? With all that powah in the rear, he needs additional rads up front to keep the beast cool. ;)

Clio trying to keep there McDonald's warm

    Good effort! Good excuse! :cool::up:

    Battlefield 1

I've always found sniping to be an art-form in the BF games - one that I'm never really good at. I'm glad they make it tricky though - on else we'd just have sniping wars on every map.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PC, XBOX ONE, PS4)

I know what you mean - a couple of lads in the office think its amazing. Ironically, I played most of the first game. Then did little else in the second game other than several rounds in the arena. Now even less in the third installment. If I compare this to the Mass Effect trilogy, I literally...

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PC, XBOX ONE, PS4)

Why can't I get motivated to play this? It's weird - I literally start in that room with the balcony - look out to the amazing scenery and then simply switch it off! I wonder if it's the same feeling you get when a thousand page novel is at the side of you and everyone says it's awesome?

    Battlefield 1

Only played a bit of the campaign so far. It has to be the first FPS game that I've ever played where you get to fly as a pidgeon! So far so good though - it does feel quite intense. Strangely, I'm having trouble picking up weapons? It defaults to MMB, but that doesn't appear to work?

    The Cars Spotted Appreciation Thread

It's excluded. It could park in the fast lane of the M1, should it so wish.

    Battlefield 1

Up to £38 already - admittedly that's still a big drop over the Origin price. Tempting!

    My New VXR8

Looks superb with the PS drop above. It's almost like you wouldn't have to hoon it around everywhere. No one would be daft enough to take it on. Just trundle on by to the backing vocals of the hooooooge force-fed V8.

    Battlefield: 2142

10+ year old thread revamp. Turned out to be the most committed I've ever been to an FPS - thoroughly enjoyable, yet to be bettered game of awesomeness. Great maps, brilliant game modes. Sensible unlocks and years before the pay-to-win mentality had even spawned. A more than worthy...

    Battlefield 1

Absolutely. Add the masses of micro-transactions on top of that and it's a constant siphon of money from the players.

^^^ - Does look lovely that m8 - it really does. Love the ride height on it too - I take it that's not standard issue?

    Battlefield 1

Rush Mode on the old Battlefield Bad Company 2 was my favourite game mode. I'm hoping this will be/is similar? Had a look on Origin for the PC version of this. £49.99 for the standard edition - £104 for the one with the season pass - flol.

Have you not volunteered any other pictures of your AG up, Mossy? :) I must admit - that would the colour of choice for me to get too.

2013 Clio DCi banging over speedbumps

Could be dampers as @Dom_capper says - especially the rears. Tell-tail banging and wallowy ride from the rear are dead giveaways. Thankfully they are cheap to buy and a piece of piss to replace at the back. The fronts are a little more tricky. I know what @bloke is saying too. Not had that...

Learning car limits/how to drive the bloody thing!!!!

I had similar power in the VI. Although the car itself was extremely capable (far better than my abilities, anyway) - the weight increase could always be 'felt' over the 182. I've never tracked the Clio, but pushing on a decent A-road, its more nimble and arguably forgiving in some ways...

The Power PC Thread [f*ck off consoles]

Yeah - same here. Even taking the lazy option (in-app OC'ing) - my 6700K is on 4.7Ghz with a Corsair hybrid cooler.

The Power PC Thread [f*ck off consoles]

I went down the Extreme route on my first i7, nabbing it for £120 a good few years ago and superseding the 930 I had in at the time. A bit wasted on me really as 99% of the time it was used purely as a gaming PC. Though being able to do 4Ghz straight out of the box for a 2008 spec CPU is pretty...

    Big gay wings DIY

Don't forget that unless you cut into the fabricated spoiler to allow for your aerial, the standard 182 boot struts will push the spoiler into it. To 'properly' do it - you'll need a pair of Trophy/V6 boot struts.

    Needs the boot spoiler (desperately)

    Laptop advice, heavy processing.

Just check that your's doesn't follow that ridiculous trend of soldering memory to motherboards. Apple started it and I've see HP following suit. You might have 8GB now, but unfortunately that is what you'll be stuck with - assuming this is the case?

[PC] - Company of Heroes 2

Worth every penny for just over £8. I still play CoH2 against the AI even now (.....even if it does cheat slightly)...

    Alternator problems

That's done it. A proverbial cavalry of CS blokes wanting to help out will now be on their way..... ;) The alternator is never a straight-forward fix. Luckily I had mine replaced while the cambelt was being done and the front bumper was off anyway.

    Rise of the tombraider...

Got it from cdkeys last week at £18.99. Only as far as the bear at the minute, but really liking it. Glad they got rid of that stupid left, right, left action when climbing with the ice axe from the previous game.

    OEM 182 seat refurb?

Cheers Mr. Mossy! I might give you a buzz if I'm struggling - hopefully I'm good enough of a spanner monkey not to though! :)
