Iirc the rears are easy, jack up and swap. The fronts are a bit harder but only a case of undoing top mount, and removing hub etc then compressing the spring and swapping. There may be a guide on here. But seriously if I can do it, a monkey can!!
Yep, worked fine. Used to do it loads when I had no money, and might start again as I don't have any and I'm tight!! Lol
Just a quick coat of it. Not too much. That's all the cheaper ones are anyway!
And yeah 40mm springs will transform the car. The ride is better and handling is improved no...
Looks really good tbh, get it lowered tho def! My 1.2 looked like this but with 172 wheels instead. Springs is all you need imho, 40mm would look great!! Also if you have silver paint, spray your indicator bulbs instead of buying silvervisions, put the £10 saved towards springs.
Mine still spray whilst leaking, unless the water in the bottle falls below the level. I had that when I messed with them earlier, switched pipes etc and then only one worked. That was due to the fluid level.

I don't think Directline charge you, only to swap car. I've swapped mine more times than I care to remember. Dvla have made a fortune put of me in 7 years!! Lol
Just a quick question, I fitted a nrv before the drivers jet as it was leaking, and thought I'd cured it, but now the passenger one is leaking. Will it still work if I fit another nrv before the passenger jet? Or would there not be enough pressure to open both? Or would I be better changing the...
What made you think about putting those wheels on a Clio?
Because whatever it was, was amazing!! It looks really good!! They look like minilites, but what are they?
I've been through that awful phase too, but one thing I do like about them, is that because of the colour, they do work nicely with the wheels etc, and also kids in corsa's think it's a 1.2 with a bodykit, then get left behind!! Lol
Yeah im with you. What i like is they were an option from Renault which is better than some chavvy ones from halfords. I may change them later, but as it is like it now, and it's genuine, I may keep it.
