Couldn't disagree more. I like driving looking out the window(s) - not admiring the additional premium that I've paid for some fancy dash. Never picked a car based on the interior and I never will - but horses for courses is what makes car ownership for different people, so interesting! :)...
Love the black NACA duct - wish I'd had that.
I take it those are 18s that it's running on? Would love to have a bash with the Jap OEM VI RS steelies in a teeny 15". The arch gap would be horrendous, but the acceleration would be even more crazy!
How's the under-side? Is it showing any signs...
It does a job. End of.
It's like complaining that a Black & Decker hammer drill's grip looks 'too functional'
I had an Evo IX interior in mine, if that's who you were thinking of?
OP - did you buy it through Gaz @ CPP? He's a legend with Evos - knows the things inside-out.
Audi's are prime targets - we've had two attempts on them (different cars) at our apartment block in 12 months. They've got that bad 'situation' where they are numerous on the road, so they don't stand out in traffic or being parked up - but they also carry significant financial value. Pretty...
I do feel sorry for the developers in a way. Long gone are the days of shoving a game onto a small tape or single disk - games are immense in size now - GTAV is 65GB or so, as an example. There are months, if not years of work that goes into all the variables within the game - add to that the...
I honestly have no idea what the hell R* were/are playing at with GTAV and multi-GPU setups. Sure, it's still a slightly niche area - but it's 2015 now. And it's a demanding game graphically. Hello??? Anyone think of optimising it for multiple graphics cards?
I find it utterly ludicrous in this...
Thankfully, I dodged that hit. It was discounted on Steam and I had a couple of quid randomly left on my account. I ended up paying about £23 for it, so it's not too bad. I'm more annoyed at paying £39.99 for GTAV and it running like dogshit, unless I turn off features on my PC that are supposed...
Well the tiny amount that I've put into it - was immediately marred by the worrying 'accuracy' of the area of convergence.
Anyone with the slightest g33kdom regarding military planes of old will realise that the wing-mounted guns were canted inwards to a slight degree - so that the bullets...
I tried it literally for about 30secs with the keyboard - and about the same with the 360 controller. Both were utter horse for me.
The Logitech G25 was made for this game - it really does transform it with a wheel & pedals combo.
No idea why I loved FO3 but couldn't get into NV at all.
I think I missed out there - even though it's still sat there in my Steam account, ready to be played.
Well bearing in mind that Renault themselves got the alternator wrong on mine (twice) - I'd say it was a very good question to ask!
I don't actually know myself - though I'm sure someone will be along with the answer....
You're right on the model number - I've just flipped it over and checked
If the switches are physically coloured to match their description - you're right on that also. They are indeed black.
Really liking it tbh - my Logitech G15 at home feels a bit flimsy and wishy-washy in comparison.
The old clunker at work. Disassembled, put back together, been washed, chucked in the dishwasher, scrubbed, had cleaning agents poured it - the list goes on. Bloody tank quality it is! :)
Noticed an increasing number of small product stickers coming in with the kit I buy in - graphics cards...
Still need to get back into this. Warframe is still taking up the majority of my shooting interest at the minute.
A bit of a waste too - as I bought the Premium Access key when it was in the sale and have hardly touched the bloody thing! Some great memories on this when it first came out too -...
Trying to think of justifications to go for this.....

Looks pretty epic. Not sure how happy the management would be when they saw the bill though!
Is it more of a 'grating' noise than a clunk? At one point my steering rack was touching the heatshield. It doesn't do that now, but I do have similar noise symptoms as yours. And for the record - mine is north of 135k. Might just be an age-related thing?
Lol - I'm the exact opposite m8! Hate wireless for both keyboards and mice - they have to be wired for me. There's something quite 'old skool' about mechanical keyboards that I like. Strangely - unless it's some weird placebo affect as well - I seem to make fewer typos on a mechanical keyboard...
DrR - I don't think the one above is? Does it have an audible click with each key-press?
Addicted - glad you posted that middle picture m8. I'm a little short on desk space at home and the one you have without the numeric keypad would be very good for me. When was the last time you used a...
Having used a myriad USB based keyboards over the years - some basic, some very expensive, I 'rescued' an old PS/2-based Dell clunker from the basement at my mum's work and connected it to my office PC.
In a nutshell - it's awesome. Being 24 years old (the manufacturing date of 1991 is...
I actually found it better on the 360 - assuming I could see past the screen tearing and other graphical limitations. The PC version is too zoomed in - I keep wanting to scroll the mouse wheel back to get a wider view! :)
Had a quick 10-lapper at Donington yesterday in the GT3 class again the AI. Weather was awful, making the first lap a real test with 11 other cars on the track.
Lost a couple of positions and saw the occasional spin off. Span myself a few times, to finish the race overall in 6th - the Z4 GTR...
I've only noticed the arch liner having an issue where it contacts the inner lip at the bottom of the bumper. Mine is very close to the rear tyre - though the drivers side is fine.
It has caught it in the past - there are a couple of scuffs - but nothing major.
Yep - and they fixed the steering wheel settings too. Woohoo! Fired it up last night after the patch went on and all my setup for the Logitech G25 was sat there and ready to go!
First off - the gf has brownie points to earn. Make of those what you will! ;)
Secondly, if it does go duff, mention your original plan to MS - that you'd sell up and get a PS4 instead. They may waver a bit of the repair cost than lose a paying gamer.
Pllllllllleeeeeeeaaaaaasssssseeeeeee can they fix the steering wheel save settings?! I just don't get why I have to recalibrate everything with the wheel every time I launch the game?
