They're definitely a Marmite car, but they're very cheap to run and perform brilliantly. Being Japanese you get a bit of build quality too, which is nice.

I started a thread asking a similar question, people recommended the Hague headrest adaptor that fastens between your seats. No good for me though as I don't have headrests!
If that thing is anything like my old one it's a weapon! You'll be amazed what a difference removing the rear seats and spare wheel makes too, I chased an S2000 and a B18 EG Civic for several miles and they could not escape me! I really miss mine.
If you know the original dealership the car came from (and it still exists) give them a call. Pretend you're from a garage/dealer and chances are they might supply you the code. It used to work for me every time.

Old folk love people carriers too, my old dears have had nothing but people carriers for years. They see it as a tall, practical estate that's easy to get in and out of.
