As said its a 4 star n-cap car, so safer than a lot of bigger cars of a similar age really. The saxo/106 whatever it was is only 1 or 2 n-cap. Although n-cap means f**k all really, only applies if you have that sort of crash.
I think clio's are chavvy too, my boss tells me the same but then i...
Probably cheaper to add accidental to the house insurance and stick the mb on the high value items list.
Think we have to declare single items worth over £1k on ours, doesn't affect the premium though.
Nope it isn't.
I got an auto electrician to come in the end, he tested the draw and it dropped when he removed the alternator, connect it back up again and its drawing 400mA :(
He said sometimes they do go and start doing that, just not that often.
I doubt it will ever happen again tbh, 2.0 with a turbo and the wide body kit maybe, but with all the emissions shite I cant see a big n/a engine in a clio happening again :(
£2k is a good price at 18, cant believe how much insurance has gone up this year, some of my quotes have been £2k recently on the thing!
I got a cheap 182, and while I have had a fair few problems (especially recently), they could of happened on any 182 I bought tbh. Its a gamble, and i'd...
I was looking at them 2 too.
Went to the store, tried them both out and preferred the canon. Not a lot between them really, it comes down to preference and also if your friends have one brand you might want to get the same so you can borrow lens' etc.
Good meet, was too cold and too dark for handheld pics though...

Black circles will do either tyre for £80 fitted a piece in 205/45/16
Or the toyo's in 195/45/16 is £68 each fitted
Plus i'm sure we get club discount with them...
I remember test driving the 182, took my insurance which showed i could drive any other car. I offered it to him and he said its ok, i trust you, aslong as its insured if you bend it. Didnt have the heart to tell him it was tpo lol
If he is travelling that far, chances are he will buy it anyway.
Infact if a buyer was travelling that far to me I wouldn't be moving much on price, if at all. Whenever I buy long distance a price is arranged before I travel.
No, but you can take him for a drive, or he might bring his dad along?
Whoever drives it, you need to see their insurance cert which says any other car on first, you can get in trouble aswell as him if caught with no insurance.
Once the moneys handed over and he has signed the v5 however, it...
Try cleaning the connections on the old sensor before buying one, saved me money!
You also need to get it on a code reader (a decent one for abs problems!) to find out if its a sensor, and which one.
Anyone who buys a house near a track should be forced to stfu. If you dont like it move (exceptions only to people who lived there first, once everyone is newer than the track then its tough s**t).
