They shouldn't have to rectify the work if it was done properly in the 1st place. Mapping is dreadful and has been done in 30 mins instead of 4 hours. People have lost all faith and would not take their car back there to be sorted as their is no trust what so ever

Typical of them. There are many cases like mine but we all get fobbed off. Theres no way the files can match that of another tuner otherwise cases like mine & many others wouldn't go through this. My advice would be to sack your mapper for starters.
