Well the guy didnt have much time to check it out but spoke to him today and he said the tensioner has moved, so belt is slack. I sort of sprung it on him Thursday evening and he said it could be done for today if he had some spare time but he's just been busy so its being done Monday now. Not...

Renault will be hard work, but a new cars catch comes with 3 years warranty so should last that long surely? Also, who service's it? Iirc the catch must be lubed up every service as per renaults guidelines too.
