lol, are you registed on cliotrophy? there's someone on there who's car's been with Reno for 11 weeks.... absolute p1ss poor that... someone should be sacked!
no, on Trophies we have a not publicised button in the glove box... it activates Stealth mode.... i've gone 16k and been spotted once, after a service.. they must have switched it off and i didn't check.
it's really good, I haven't been caught speeding once since I bought the car so I presume...
1 -Trophy
2 -Mini
3 -197
4 -VXR
I can see it now. They've already done the mini v 197 and the mini won. Difference is will they do the 197 F1? if so it could be a close call between the mini and the 197.
he's bought them for track use...... they could look like milk bottle tops, if they were stronger and lighter than any other wheel on the market, they'd be worth the money.
as a track day wheel they 'tick all the boxes' so fair play. I wouldn't run them with them on road myself as i do think the turini's look better, that's just an opinion though.
Just as a matter of interest, what's the ET of these?
this gem again......
unless you've had permagard done, please understand that you can't comment.... I've never heard of one person that's had it done that's had a bad word to say about it.
People who've spent thousands of pounds on Zymol etc have switched to PG.
You can't get the kit off...
good lad Matt, make sure you get ones with offset of 45 not the 38.5 ones (which are 182/172) I've had the Trophy on these and it feels squirmy if there is such a word...
Post on ClioTrophy (when it's working) also, thinking of slicks n'all?
A well looked after Trophy with low ish milage will hold it's value and even increase in value after a few years. It'll become rarer and rarer as time goes by as the odd one or two are stuffed into hedges etc. Already we're down to just 495 in the UK as at least 5 have been bent.
Best advice I...
you're probably not in the s**t though - you will be covered by them, they are probably not even aware that this letter has gone out.
As they have your money the agreement is still in place - the insurance ombudsman would honour it. If they'd refunded you money then you wouldn't be covered...
don't worry - sounds like an auto letter (as has already been mentioned) the fact that they haven't refunded the money tells me this. They'd loose their FSA license over something like this if they didn't give you the money back after cancelling the policy.
