Not as bad as you but I have had issues. iRacing tweeted that users should not update to the latest version of Windows as it can result in issues (not just with iRacing apparently). I saw the tweet too late though so right now performance is being badly affected in some places.

Bad Company grade single player and BF3/BF4 multiplayer would be the sweet spot.
