Plex for me too. PC in the garage with 4tb of storage, hard wired gigabit connections all around the house. Samsung smart TV with plex app. Oh, and 152mbps Virgin media, downloading at 15 - 20MB per second is fun! Takes no longer than 15 minutes to locate and download whatever we want to watch...
If it were me - i'd be looking to save the cash to put towards getting my own place, not blowing 5k+ on a Clio.
Buying/renting your own home is only ever going to get more expensive, the earlier you get on the ladder the better.
lol at cherry bomb, have I gone back in time to the late 80's early 90's?
Personally i'd say 2", maybe 2.25", 2.5" will be overkill. I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust on my S40 at somepoint, and that's only likely to be 2.5" and that's for something turbocharged and 300+ bhp.
1 very small update - i've pranged it! lol
Backed into a metal gate, in my defence i've never known this gate to be closed and it's at a funny height. I couldn't see it in my rear view and the parking sensors didn't pick it up!
No big deal, just needs a boot lid - i'm keeping my eye out on...
We bought a JVC one in 2012 for about your budget. I have to be honest, the video quality from my iPhone 6 is much much better than that of the camcorder. The only good thing on the JVC is the 40x optical zoom.
For that budget would it be worth looking into a second hand DSLR of some sort...
Best to take a look youself, could have been trying to get business. Take the rear wheel off and inspect the discs for wear and damage, then check the meat left on the pads. This will give you an accurate idea.
Most of the things people are listing in here (brakes, oil, filters, suspension, tyres) are regular maintenence items. If you fail to keep on top of the servicing then of course things will go wrong!
It didn't cause any issues in the 12 months + that I ran it for. There's loads on 197.net that have the issue too, if it is that of course.
Have a look in the brake fluid header, it's easy to tell if superblue was used, it's well err blue! It could potentially happen with other fluids, it just...
C5, Valet pro brush and EZ Brush for me, then once every month or 2 I take them off and give the back a good clean. Comes up like new with very little effort.
I have to be honest, the C5 isn't as good as I hoped it would be, I still get tar spots etc that won't shift without a decent...

I answered a similar question recently, this should cover what you need at this service.
Ok how about you be a little more specific in what you are asking? What are you wanting to compare? You realise you are on a CLIO forum so will get a biased response don't you?
Most of the newer hot hatches will be 'better', but only if by better you mean better built, better equipment, better...
buy the new one, at least you know the condition of it.
On the decat side of things - yes, on N/A you're unlikely to gain much. I'm running a bigger downpipe and decat but it really helps on a turbo'd car. Plus it only takes 15 minutes to swap it come MOT time on my car - the only downside is...
If it's just to quieten it down, why not have another box added to the system? most exhaust places should be able to weld in a new box for you for a relatively small fee.
However - come MOT time you might struggle unless you know a friendly tester (they are few and far between these days - and...
You sure it was Cat C? Cat C goes on the V5C (logbook) so this would have been taken off you beforehand. You can't get a replacement V5C until a VIC has been completed.
If this is the case, you are driving that car ilegally as far as I know.
https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-identity-check/overview
You need to know what category write off it is before proceeding.
Cat D - as long as it's road legal you can put it straight back on the road
Cat C - will require a VIC test before being allowed back on the road (and a new MOT I think)
Not quite 90's, this was early in the year 2000 and as close to Max Power as I ever got. Thankfully my taste improved after this car (well I like to think so)
17" wheels, colour coded bumpers and door handles, noisy stainless exhaust, lexus lights, lowered 30mm and 3 cylinder, 1.0 12v power! ha...
It should be fairly obvious if it's coolant or just condensation. When it next leaks, dip some tissue or kitchen roll in the liquid and sniff it, coolant will have a smell, condensation shouldn't really. You might be able to tell from the colour too, Renault Type D is a greeny/yellowy colour
