....though with the quality of pictures, I'm not too sure.
Why people don't put SOME effort into selling their car is just beyond me. :S

At least most users only have the Windows 8 hurdle to overcome. They will never have to deal with Windows Server 2012 as well.... ;)
To be fair, I might give it another go with Windows 8.1. I had no issues with games on Win8 (about 95% of what my home PC is used for) - but again, Windows 7 is...
Not free, but see if you can track one of these on eBay. We've got one at work and use it a lot.... :)

I know exactly what you mean! My godfather had one similar (320i cab) from new, back in 1989. When he used to visit, I'd help out and offer to wash the car. That novelty very quickly ran out however, through cleaning those same b*****d alloys that you have on!
Nice find m8 - hope it...
Rather than faff around with plug-ins to make Windows 8 usable, they should have released a dedicated touch-screen plug-in that simply enhanced Windows 7.
Our corporate WDS image is Windows 7 Pro and we'll drag it out as long as we can. Users have enough issues with IT systems anyway. Removing...
Bloody hell. I'll never, ever complain about swapping the rears on my 182 again. ;)
I've seen something similar to that before. One of the cars on Wheeler Dealers had one like that - and I'm sure that was a Jag too.

Couldn't agree more.
Realistically, the sentimental value of this will be much more than the monetary value of the car. If it was a nail, there would be little point keeping it, but this appears to be almost concours. If that had been my dad's car - it would have taken a LOT for me to sell...
The droning noise should increase with speed. Take the car on the motorway and get to 70-80mph - even for just a mile or so. If the bearing is shagged, there's a very good chance it will build up a lot of heat.
I don't have centre caps on my alloys and when one of my bearings went the other...
With all due respect, you've bought a 9 year old car and without purchasing it from a family or friend, you will have zero idea of how its been treated since 2004.
You could have bought something that was a minter, or a complete, unpolished turd. Those are the risks. Why would you necessarily...
Probably how common they are in comparison, I reckon? I hardly ever see any of the R's tbh around here.
That said, it still looks too understated - certainly from any sort of distance. For all that performance and fancy trickery underneath, I would have thought VAG would make the exterior that...
Numbers aren't my strong point to begin with. But subnetting really seems haphazard to me - like there was little thought put into how and why rules are in place. Why was 127 picked as a loop-back address? Borrowing bits from the host section, etc? Just all seems really chaotic - and unless you...
Is that why supercharging can be favoured over turbocharging on these engine? That it doesn't deliver all the torque on the traditional one hit?
Cheers,

$10k for a 182? Jesus - you can buy mine for that! :P
As others have said - in real-world situations, there's hardly anything between the range. That said - the 172 Cup had a 90kg weight saving, if I remember correctly, over the standard Ph2 172. That alone is a significant reduction and I bet...
Chaps,
Has anyone got any suggestions or advice for getting my head around 'subnetting 101'?
The more I read on the internet, the more confused about it I'm becoming. Some stuff even appears to contradict what other websites are saying. The subnetting section within the official Cisco CCNA...
Excellent work Alex - you should get a quote from Audi as to how much that work would have cost you!
On your 4th pic - the oil filter looks to be in a right b**ch of a location. I'm assuming that on a simple oil change, the filter could be reached from underneath?
