could taking the dash off have anything to do with this problem? im pretty sure that this will having nothing to do with it as taking the dash off does not involve detaching any wires or anything.
how could you see which part of the plastic connector did not have wires in it. and did you have to take the door off to get the drill at the correct angle?
Does anyone know the best way to install 2 10" subs and an amp into a clio boot whilst keeping as much luggage room as possible and it looking decent? also does anyone have any pics of thier clio bot install

You need the wings and front bumper.The sideskirts can be bolted on at the bottem and are held on at the top by fixings.You will need black plastic fixings fixed to botten of your car.They are pop riveted on on 172's but a bit of strong tape should hold them.
