Worth checking the earth straps in the engine bay there are 4 of them. 1 on each headlight, 1 on the front of the gearbox and 1 at the back of the gearbox under the air filter that heads off to the starter motor that's the one I had problems with.

Mine does this. I usually let it idle for a minute before heading off. Never tried to fix this fault but in my ownership I've replaced plugs, leads, Map sensor, Temp sensor, Crank sensor, injectors, battery, relays and the car still acts the same. Haven't tried lambda as I couldn't get mine off..

Power steering pump sounds rough on start up, something ( I'm assuming top mount related ) makes a near constant knocking noise at low speed, oil doesn't stay inside the engine, rear disks look rough, eml light is on, cambelt is over due, vvt solenoid leaks, tracking is out, radio doesn't work...

Mines about to turn 130k feels rough needs some love.. it will probably die soon
