If you have rusted up bolts and no heat to free them, use some Hammerite Rust Remover Gel goop it all over the bolt and nut and agitate it, then wash it off and reapply if needed.

I have a spare case you can have, but you may have damaged the circuit board. Take the key apart and check the pcb, see if it can be fixed with a bit of carefully applied solder.

Turn ignition key so the dash lights come on but not started, then turn the headlights on and off twice. You should hear a beep if it has worked.

Iirc siren is under scuttle and alarm unit is under the passenger air bag.
