Cracking post mate.. I rode to lake como last month, on the way there I took the furka pass, and on the way back the st bernardino!
If you haven't done the furka, I'd really advise that!
A rule to live by (unless you're shopping for a £250 heap) if someone doesn't possess the intelligence to write a simple ledgible description of their car, how on earth can you expect them to have read the manual, and in turn, done any of the correct servicing required?

Thanks a lot for the info, mines a B reg iirc. I've had most of it apart already so converting it should be alright, and reversible.
The wheels, did you take them apart yourself and just chuck them, spokes and all, into a powder coaters? That's my biggest question!
