Ryhs, i drive a 1.25 fiesta at work. Excellent for practicing full throttle changes but i think the gearbox is about fuked after doing em for almost every gear change every day for the past 6 months!
cam belt tensioner seized causing cam belt to snap, then 2 weeks deciding what to do apart from get it back to standard form, then 2 weeks sorting bits out and 3 weeks to rebuild the engine gearbox and fit all the nice new bits.
Havent even driven it with the new leather in yet... :-(
hehe me too mate, but im still in a clio, only a 1.4 though. Mines been off the road for 7 weeks, but is ready this week. I spend my whole journeys daydreaming about deing in my car. Especially when a quick racing opportunity is possible.
Year before last I got 2k. Half went on my car insurance etc and the other half to go to Hong Kong with the girlfriend.
Not had one since though, had to work 2 jobs as well as uni! Cant wait to get the final year over next year and get a job, this work experiance year has given me a taster...
Go to your nearest Larkspeed for Mcguards. £26 or Halford will be doing em in the next couple of weeks but for £29. Iv been waiting 2 weeks for larkspeed near me to get em in 4 my car. anyone know any where else I can get em?
hehehe lucky you live on a slight hill. Was a proper comendy moment though. Set off up the hill, it snapped so just rolled back 100yrd and into ur drive exactly as it was before.

Paul,
My dad saw you on the way home from work. He said it was a blue valver with 5 spokes. Obviously he didnt know it was you at the time.
Anyway, if u want to try another ECU to try iv got that spare one. What did the RAC man say to your home made filter? hehe
