I didn't notice any difference running the RS tuner over run map.

If you can get hold of one ;) A lot of people on here really rate them. I've yet to drive a 1*2 in anger with one fitted, so can't really comment.

Yes. a decent set, set up properly will, lots of choice for the 172s. I have had my H&R's coilovers fitted for over 4.5 years, and now done about 60k they have been bloody excellent, the H&R's are one of the softer coilovers so they ride the poor UK roads well too. Try and get a passenger...

Ok. I have H&R coilovers on my 172. For them or something similar you are looking at around £750-1,000.

Do you want just lows, or good handling?

Neither do I, but a filter that dirty isn't exactly a good sign is it?
