    I asked the same question a few years ago mate. http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?462002-Modifying-cars-to-a-high-standard-then-selling-them-on-straight-after.. Strange how many cars are quickly sold, after people have spend a small fortune on them.

    I find 5 doors on my Fabia vrs very handy. IMO though a smallish hot hatch like the RS Clio should come in 3 door guise.
