Was it one of those "pop down for a bus" bollards or something?

    iPhone 6 thread.

Smashed mine to bits last night. But I'll be paying for a full replacement as opposed to just the screen.

    2005 E46 M3

Wow. Timeless. You've done a seriously good job of that Scutchio.

    [Brakes] How hard a job?

Rear hub nut is just the biggest socket in the halfords set from memory? And if it's not, halfords sell individual large sockets cheap enough. I'd throw any tools you have in the boot and head over to the bear's place.

    172 Cup

W'hey, glad to see it being used! Car looks great.

    AlexW's Driveway Antics :)

See project thread, I could post you bits TBH... I've found the body work is less desirable than I'd like, so I was going to strip it and paint.

    Z4M Roadster

Nice upgrades mate, how much was the aerial? I need a new one. As for top down trouble, unless you live in the ghetto I think any chances of issues are minimal.

    Scott's Super Clean PH1 172 Project Thread

Please don't buy a Megane mate, please! I just can't describe how badly it's not the next car you should own. For me they're just too expensive for what they are (with regards parts etc). I think you're mental selling mate, but genuinely PM me with what you're looking for price wise... If...

    It's been a while!

A snob? Don't be daft. Old and boring as f**k? Sure!!! Cracking family motor! The wee one is cute too.

    Welshname's Monaco 172

Buy some 15's for track and sack the standard wheels off. Waste on money using 16 inch rubber on track, not to mention the feel (imo) is so much better on 15's. I'm the same with learning, if I had the clio any longer I'd have done the same!

    Welshname's Monaco 172

Nice work mate, I didn't realise you were so handy with regards to doing all the belts yourself etc. For me, I'd get turinis, monaco with bright silver turinis really does look immense.

My BMW E46 330i Sport Touring

What exactly are you defining as hesitation anyway? I'd changed all the plugs regardless, cheap enough from ECP with discount codes and it's never a bad thing.

My BMW E46 330i Sport Touring

I really like this. Has it had new plugs? New plugs made a world of difference to both of my 6 cyl bm's...

    CAD Questions Thread?

Hmmm, so if you're drawing in meters, (f**k knows why) but 1 unit is 1mm, then it should be solved by saying 1 unit = 1000mm. Having just re-read its not paper settings you want to change, it's the whole drawing properties. Then just set your scale correctly in the paper. If you want to...

    Scott's Super Clean PH1 172 Project Thread

Listen to the man! Buy a heel toe pedal, I love the design! You can keep your standard one too, and polish it til your heart is content, but you're upgrading the brakes, why not upgrade the pedal box to allow you to blip down as necessary whilst on those brakes ;)

    Imola Red E46 330ci

Very nice youth, not sold on a few bits as per ginger above. I didn't even remember you ever getting the mazda, lol! I hated my 320, but with some power behind it i imagine these are good all rounders.

    Neeef ! I see you :)

And there was me thinking you were long gone!

New to CS, my 182 - 6 months on!

Very nice indeed, as the doctor says about with regards to the shocks and dogbone. Two things cause vibration when fitting, a) all the other engine mounts being worn b) bolting it back up without pulling the engine 'forward' iirc. But seriously, I fitted one to my ph1 and after a month I'd...

How far would you drive to Test Drive a Renaultsport?

I've noticed similar attitudes Matt, used to turn up in my ph1 and I'd get told it wasn't available for test drive unless I had a deposit ready, or had no fuel, or was basically the same engine or imilar things. It's like Renault dealers think people are coming for a jolly when they ask to test...

    CAD Questions Thread?

What on earth are you talking about old chap? To start with, to find the scale option, you shouldn't be 'inside' the viewport, you should just have it selected. Then there should be some standard settings, 1:100. Etc, and to do any custom, you just divide the number. So to get 1:5 = 1/5 = 0.2...

    E85 3.0 Z4 Roadster Project

I'll find out mate, they weren't cheap though. If you're looking for clio ones, the genuine renault sport ones are where it's at, only £50 too. That's legally binding. Devil's in the details Cubbington. New coolant etc, if you forget it you only cause problems down the line!
