I used this http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_204441_langId_-1_categoryId_255236 sprayed on & worked it in with the brush, then pulled belts out of the car & trapped it in the door then jet washed it off, came up nice & new.

Try drying the board out first, take all relays out and clean up the contacts with a bit of fine sandpaper (Make sure to take note of where they all go)
