Well I've found the problem, although that serial number comes back as radio code 1905 I noticed there was a code written on the radio itself in faded marker. Entered 1849 and bingo radio works, shame about the engine not playing ball

No I've not tried that, I have watched a guy on YouTube whos 172 passed the spray test and ohms but still had a faulty injector. My injectors look rough to be fair

I thought this might be the reason for my dropping and eventually stalling idle that I've still not solved, am I right in saying an air leak is more likely to raise the idle

Preset then longhold 6 to enter and scrolling through stalk and longhold the bottom button, very strange as I've never had a problem on all my other 1*2s
