Palatine motors in warrington always seem to do a very good job, pricey mind.
In my experience of getting stuff painted (alot), ive yet to find a cheap decent bodyshop.....more you pay = better quality/finish/match IMO.

With all the trackdays ive done this year, its used hardly, if any oil, and thats constant high RPM....so it cant be running THAT hot...

Ahhhhhh, nah that was when I didnt have the solid rear mount positioned correctly and the downpipe was resting on the ARB....its quite a way off touching now :)
As you said, probably just needs new nuts, everything was replaced a few months ago apart from...

Its a possibility, but i dont think its the issue...
The williams ARB is only a few mm too short on each end, which dosent make a difference really, fits in the bushes fine and the car fine....

Doesn't fit due to the hump it has for the PAS/Rack on a 172, I have one but had to use the williams ARB instead :(

Drive it home before, no more knocking at all, just gotta check the tracking again now, tends to wander a bit at high speed.
Inlets were a last minute rattle can jobby a while back lol, suprised they have lasted tbh!

Nah, not bothered.
Im pretty much sure something on the 172 widetrack dosent fit correctly (few mm's out maybe), and putting forces on bolts that they shouldnt be getting.
Going to replace all the subframe bolts with locktite in the next week or two...

Had a drive down to NW Performance ;) and spent a day there today, got the car up on the ramps to check it over, found out what my knocking on the steering was (balljoint-to-hub bolt was loose), and tightened up a few other bolts that had somehow worked...
